Your mailbox

  • Emails send from your own Gmail or Outlook, never a shared relay.
  • Only replies and bounces to emails sent through Outiy are ever downloaded.
  • Credentials are encrypted per mailbox and deleted the moment you disconnect.

Your calendar

  • Read-only access: nothing can be created, changed or deleted.
  • Only meetings that include one of your leads are stored.
  • Disconnecting deletes the access token immediately.

Your team

  • Single sign-on with SAML or OIDC, and SCIM provisioning.
  • Custom roles that cannot exceed the role they are based on.
  • IP allowlists, and audit logs you can stream to your SIEM.
